- Mill 1 cup einkorn berries on the coarsest setting into a pot. Add 2 cups raw milk. Cook on medium high heat while constantly stirring for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Lower heat to medium low and add 1/4 cup butter, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1 pinch salt. Cook and stir for a few more minutes until incorporated and has reached your desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and serve warm. Top with fruit and honey if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
